Machinery and tools to be used in metalwork
Our workshop has all the necessary tools to place your order.
We have: cutting machines, cutters, drills, presses, dies and milling machines, machinery and tools for framing and portable machinery.
Our cutting systems include: hydrodynamic cutting, ultrasonic and rotary ultrasonic cutting, electromechanical and electrochemical cutting, laser cutting, plasma arc cutting and oxyfuel cutting.
Regarding welding systems, we work on the following: arc welding with coated electrodes, semi-automatic, soft, strong, by pressure, by fusion without pressure, with oxyacetylene, electric by arc and submerged arc, aluminothermic and by fusion and pressure.
We also work through the tig procedure (gtaw) and the mig-mag procedure (gmaw). In addition to physical connections by rivets, screws or bolts.
Metalwork Applications
In addition to working with aluminum, most of our jobs use steel as a raw material. We use ultra-strong carbon, alloy, low-alloy steels, stainless steels, etc.
Other common materials include: iron, extruded aluminum (see profiles), copper, brass, bronze, glass, and PVC.
Our professionals master both workshop techniques and tools as well as the design and assembly of the necessary elements to carry out a perfect job. Of course, we know well each material, its characteristics and presentation.
Our materials are internationally approved and comply with the relevant regulations (ISO, DIN and ASA).
